Please read our policy carefully:

  • No Returns: Products cannot be returned once delivered.

  • No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, color preference, or any other personal preference.

  • Refunds: Refunds are provided only if the product is received in a damaged condition or you receive the wrong product.

Report an Issue Within 48 Hours

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  1. An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  2. Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
